REGISTRATION GUIDE FOR 12-15 YEARS OLDS VACCINATION BY MOPH

The Ministry of Public Health reminded parents that children aged 12 to 15 years can now be registered to take the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine through the Ministry of Public Health website.
 
To register children for the vaccine parents need to visit the MOPH vaccination registration site and choose the option to register children. 

Then one will be required to enter their child’s QID, this will generate a passcode on the mobile number under which the child’s QID is registered to complete the process.

Following registration, the parent of the registered child will receive an SMS from the PHCC team to confirming appointment date and time.

Dr Mariam Abdul Malik, managing director at PHCC commented “Our children have spent much of this pandemic in distance learning, many missing school clubs, team sports and spending time with family and friends. The ability to vaccinate them is crucial to not only protecting them but looking forward to the return to normal.”

“The roll out of this phase of the vaccine campaign using the registration system will help us continue to ensure a smooth, effective and safe delivery of the vaccine. 

The Pfizer vaccine will be offered to those registered online who have a received an SMS appointment will be seen. Our teams are working hard to ensure that everyone registered will be invited in the most efficient, timely manner.”
