The International Horticultural Expo 2023 will be hosted by the State of Qatar. Located on the west of Doha city, 2,5km from West Bay, 3,5km from Doha Port and about 12km away from Hamad International Airport
Spanning an impressive 1.7 million square metres, the event takes place in the scenic Al Bidda Park, with breathtaking views of the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf. Here, visitors will be treated to a captivating experience that includes ornamental gardens, thought-provoking panel discussions, enlightening conferences, live shows, and exquisite art and culinary performances.
In collaboration with the Bureau International Des Expositions (BIE) and the International Association for Horticultural Producers (AIPH), Doha Expo 2023 will attract international visitors, organisers from 80 countries, representatives from the private sector, NGOs, and the general public.
This Expo embodies the principles of Qatar National Vision 2030, placing environmental management and sustainable development at the forefront of its mission.
The chosen theme for Doha Expo 2023 is “Green Desert, Better Environment”. The Expo aims to inspire the international community to adopt innovative solutions for mitigating desertification.
