Doha metro gold line opened for public on Thursday. MOTC announced that the fare for a single journey between any two stations remains QR2. Metro Gold line connects Ras Bu Abboud to Al Al Aziziyah with 11 stations in between.
Commuters can travel from Al Wakra station on Red Line, change at Msheireb to Gold Line, head to Al Aziziyah station for Villagio Mall for QR2. The fare for trips is 2QR for family and standard class and for Gold class trip it is 10QR. Timings to be same as those for Red Line.
