YOUNG INVENTORS SHOWCASE ROBOTICS SKILLS AT QATAR NATIONAL LIBRARY

The second round of Student’s Robotics Exhibition organized by Qatar National Library saw many future engineers and inventors of Qatar showcase their high-tech robotics projects. This activity was in collaboration with Embassy of the United States of America in Doha.

The exhibition was held on the 8th February. Visitors were awed by students of more than 47 high schools who brought forth interesting innovations of engineering and programming at the exhibition. These students displayed acute acumen for creativity and problem solving which made them create robots which performed exclusive functions.

Students are regularly offered robotics, coding and programming workshops at the Library along with learning sessions. This is a part of its program to encourage young listeners who have interest in IT and Computer Science.

Among the many schools that took part, Birla Public School, Philippine School Doha, DPS-Modern Indian School, Philippine International School Qatar, and American School of Doha were seen at the exhibition.
