On January 9 and 10, 2026, the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra presents “Mozart y Mambo” at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC).
The concert features Sarah Willis, a horn virtuoso from the Berlin Philharmonic, and is led by Grammy-nominated conductor Alastair Willis. The performance bridges Viennese classical mastery with vibrant Cuban rhythms, moving from Mozart’s Horn Concerto No. 3 to the high-energy “Rondo alla Mambo”.
City Speaks exhibition

Pretty captures itself is a best of expressing in depth. “City Speaks”, an exhibition hosted by The Qatar Photography Center in its headquarters in the Cultural Village Foundation – Katara in cooperation with the Global Photographic Union (GPU).
This will be a great opportunity for the ones whose hands are worked behind the eye litting warming images we see while scrolling throughout the day.
Jassim Ahmed Al Buainain, Director of the Qatar Photography Center, explained that the exhibition provides a distinct visual journey featuring 96 global photographs. These images are organized into 48 paired sets to highlight the unexpected parallels between urban life in geographically separate cities.
