Actually, is there a need to celebrate Children’s Day, considering that lately we’ve been learning much more from them than vice versa? So, as the truth is told, why not just enjoy the day with them rather than labeling it over anything? On 14th November, as part of Children’s Day in India, we at Radio Olive 106.3 organized ‘Mini Marvels,’ an exclusive show for kids, and the day was completely stolen by the kiddos with their adorable innocence.
Most of the parents are doubtful now whether their child is getting derailed because of the technological abundance, but the curiosity and excitement aren’t easy to take away. Especially, people are mistaken in thinking that the art of magic is something that has been forgotten in the past. But everybody should have seen the joy in their eyes when they witness the tricks from the magic uncle. So, it’s evident that things like these never get erased over time, and art forms like these always evoke curiosity in them as well as in our inner child.
Radio Olive has always been committed to ensuring that the day was entirely dedicated to the children’s takeover, and our RJs and production team worked tirelessly to create an environment where every child could participate and feel involved. It was our duty, and our passion, to make sure each child felt embraced for who they truly are, celebrating their unique personalities. We created spontaneous fun games from scratch, ensuring the activities were exciting and inclusive. There were coloring activities, balloon popping, and, of course, the classic musical chairs. At Radio Olive, we firmly believe in their creativity and bringing out their true potential, knowing that every moment invested in them today helps pave the way for a brighter, better future.
There’s so much to learn from every child, and we are truly grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of their journey. The experience has been nothing short of inspiring, and we feel blessed that this incredible opportunity came our way. A heartfelt thank you to Retail Mart, Poori and Karak for providing the foundation that allowed these young talents to shine. You’ve helped bring out the hidden gems within each child, and we are thankful for your support in nurturing their potential.
At Radio Olive, there’s room for everyone, and the doors will open to every individual regardless of their background. Our purpose is to find different stories and perspectives that come along our way, because our existence relies on the support of each and every one of you. Maybe that’s why we are Qatar’s number one radio station — because the digit 106.3 always has your heart.
