As per Ashghal, they spoke yesterday that the work also included replacing asphalt layer in some roads, as well as treating the asphalt defects in the main and local roads, enhancing lighting poles, replacing the lamps too and also developing traffic lights.

2. In another good news Vodafone Qatar and Talabat have come together to create an online shop for its service and products through the latter’s app. This is to encourage people to stay at home and maintain social distancing during the pandemic. Customers of Vodafone Qatar can now avail easy and secure purchase of recharge cards and pay bills through the Talabat app. They can use credit cards or cash as they get the home delivery service.

3. Drones will now be used to broadcast mandates across Qatar to curb the Covid-19 spread.
